Dr. Sarah Blair
A graduate of The Ohio State University and the Marquette University School of Dentistry, Dr. Blair has always had an interest in using her love of science to help others. Beginning as a dental assistant in Milwaukee she had the opportunity to see early-on how dentists could apply their knowledge in sciences by performing advanced dentistry while creating meaningful relationships with patients.
After gaining the Highest Basic Sciences GPA Award and establishing her presence in the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society, Dr. Blair applied her skills in the field and advanced to own her own practice, Third Coast Family Dental. Dr. Blair volunteers every year for the WDA’s Mission of Mercy and also serves on the board for the Greater Milwaukee Dental Association. When she’s not in the office, Dr. Blair can be found appreciating life through her love of travel, hanging with her husband Mark and her lab mix, Juneau.

No one is better at making new patients feel welcome than Tina. She brings a contagious joy and positivity to her work that helps energize everyone around her. If you’re lucky enough to have an appointment with her, it’s almost impossible to leave without a smile.
While developing her amazing social skills working at Camp Bar, Tina studied at MATC and received her Associate’s degree in Dental Hygiene. Now, Tina works full time for Third Coast Family Dental and frequently goes the extra mile to ensure our patients feel comfortable. When she’s not at work, Tina enjoys visiting all the restaurants by her home on Brady Street and loves spending time by Lake Superior. Her puppy, Bella, keeps her busy, and the two will often go find a new park or walking route to explore.
Jenelle may not be a native of West Allis, but no one is better at making our patients feel right at home! As one of our expert dental assistants, Jenelle is always looking out for our patients and trying to make their time in our office as comfortable as possible.
When she has some time to herself, nothing means more to Jenelle than a good cup of coffee. As a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast, Jenelle is on the lookout for the best coffee shop in West Allis and is always open to suggestions. Her love for coffee is only matched by her love of dogs and nature. Skiing, hiking, and cycling are just a few of the ways she spends time exploring the outdoors around West Allis.
Elizabeth (Ely for short) is originally from Los Angeles, but has worked with other Third Coast team members at a previous practice. Known as a team-player and amazing co-worker, they were thrilled to bring her aboard as Treatment Coordinator in 2018.
She greets every patient with a big smile, a welcoming “hello!”, and most impressively, by name. And her positivity shines through most when she’s helping patients navigate their insurance coverage.
Her three children are her pride and joy, so spending lots of time on fun activities with the family is a priority. Along with her adventurous spirit, she plays on a local soccer team and loves tailgating at baseball games — especially when the Dodgers play the Brewers. Go, Brewers!
Joan has worked in the dental field for 47+ years and has enjoyed meeting many wonderful people along the way. She has nothing but good things to say about her employers and patients. It has given her great satisfaction to see her patients receive excellent dental care and become happier and healthier. Jean is so devoted to her patients that some have become like family. When she is not cultivating lasting relationships with her patients, she can be found cultivating her garden! She enjoys getting outside with her handsome chow-weiner, Scooter, to plant and garden to see her hard work blossom.
Chief Bark Officer
Juneau brings joy to everyone she meets, and she’ll always greet you with a sloppy kiss. Named after Solomon Juneau, one of Milwaukee’s founding fathers, she is a regal pup and carries herself with dignity and grace. She loves going for long runs, walking on the beach, and keeping an eye on the neighborhood squirrels and rabbits from the front window.
Juneau is up-and-at-em at the crack of dawn because she can’t wait for each day to start, and her energy is contagious. When she isn’t keeping an eye on squirrels and rabbits, you can find her snuggling under blankets and making pillow forts on the couch.
“Your best care begins with compassion and understanding.”
We’ll help you feel comfortable and confident when it’s time to see the dentist. Our conservative approach means we will work with you to find a treatment that gives you your best level of oral health and helps preserve and maintain your healthy teeth for years to come.
